WebApp & patient portal

Our WebApp gives you access to your own medical information at any time. You log in with DigiD. The app is available for iOS and Android under the name "Mijn Huisarts Online".

In the portal you can, among other things:

  • Book appointments online
  • Send e-consults — usually answered within 48 hours
  • Request repeat prescriptions
  • View test results and letters from specialists
  • View your medication overview
  • Check who has accessed your record

Data sharing

We are connected to the national health data exchange (Landelijk Schakelpunt, LSP). This allows other care providers — such as the out-of-hours GP service, pharmacy or specialist — to view your most important medical information 24 hours a day, provided you have given permission.

The exchange is secure and only covers the information needed for your treatment at that moment. You can withdraw your permission at any time via volgjezorg.nl.

Manage it yourself on volgjezorg.nl

You log in to volgjezorg.nl with DigiD. There you can:

  • give or withdraw permission to share your medical information
  • see which care providers have shared or viewed your information, and when
  • get a notification when your information is viewed

No-show policy

Since 2024 we have had a no-show policy. If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. That way the slot becomes available for another patient.

For appointments that are missed without cancellation, we charge € 25. This amount is not reimbursed by your health insurer.

Privacy

We handle your personal and medical data with care, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG) and the Dutch Medical Treatment Contracts Act (WGBO).

Your record can only be viewed by the care provider treating you. You have the right to view, correct or have your data deleted. To do so, please contact our doctor's assistant.

Complaints

Are you unhappy about something? Please discuss it first with the care provider concerned. If you cannot resolve it together, you can contact our practice manager.

If you cannot resolve the matter with the practice, you can turn to SKGE (Stichting Klachten en Geschillen Eerstelijnszorg), the complaints and disputes body for primary care we are affiliated with.

Terms and conditions

Our services are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Dutch National Association of General Practitioners (LHV). These are available from the practice on request.
